KappaPix 26B uses high-end components and is equipped with integrated Brompton R2 receiver cards, achieving a refresh rate above 7680 Hz, a frame rate above 251 Hz and a gray scale of up to 16 bits, also optimizing behavior in low light applications.
The mechanical design of the tiles has been designed to enable quick one-person installation with additional safety and handling features such as automatic edge and corner protection, as well as LED module protection.
Panel maintenance has been further improved, enabling modular, tool-less maintenance for the LED modules and power unit.
KappaPix 26B can also be curved concave and convex by +10° / -5° thanks to high precision bending plates. The cabinets, made from magnesium alloy, are exceptionally lightweight at 6.3 kg per panel and 25.2 kg per square meter.
